Wow are we dinosaurs yet?
Aha! My last post was on the 23rd of June!? That was half a year ago!!? Man I’m bad at this blogging thing. Easier to design blogs for other folks than to make my own I suppose.
Got me thinking: What have I been up to for the second half of this year? A LOT HAS HAPPENED.
My year has looked like this:
1. I kicked myself out of a job I loved to do 2. I kicked myself out of that job I...

Leaving Every Nation to see the world
So it is March the first and I’ve officially kicked myself out of the office — once and for all. (I usually get kicked out around 8pm or 9pm every other night around for over-staying)
For the last five years I’ve worked with this awesome team as a full-time staff member serving as a web developer of the Every Nation communications team.
Its been fun.
I’ve learned a lot...

My top 10 thank you's from the Flying House
I pretty much grew up in Philam Homes. Been living here since I was 11 (I think).
I left the village when I got married in 2004. Lived in a condo unit in Pioneer with Acel for our first year. Moved to a little 2 bedroom little pink house in Pasig the year after that and stayed there for four years. Then Ondoy happened in 2009 that brought us all of a sudden back full-circle back to Philam Homes...
Happy 2011 and ready to fast!
Happy new year and what a feast we had last week!
I still haven’t figured out what to do this year but I know it begins with this word: FAST!
Take it literally, and what does it mean? Quick! Speedy! Zip!
I know I’m a slow-poke to death. I work slow. I eat slow. I think slow (still can’t seem to get some of those jokes on the spot), and I make decisions ever-so-slowly...

Hinahanap ng mga Lakas ko? (Finding my Strengths?)
“I am fully alive - full of joy and delight”
vs.
“I am aware of all the factors affecting my situation”.
How do you choose between the two? I wanna choose BOTH! Neutral doesn’t really answer it!
These are just some of the reasons why I’ve waited and prolonged and avoided and kicked and screamed (in my head) to take this (silly) personality evaluation...
Abundance!
… God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will ABOUND in every good work … (2 Corinthians 9:8)
Here’s our 2010 Christmas card for you guys from Pilipinas Kay Ganda (Philippines so beautiful).

Malunggay.ph in your soup!
I’m going to mention a little bit about a website on Malunggay I made some time ago and just thought about it again after I took these photos of Tashi and the Malunggay.
I’m glad to see Malunggay.ph is live and kicking and that orders are flowing in.
Acel and our little baby boy Yeshi are having tremendous meals out of this awesomely nutritious plant and our little chef Tashi has...

Woke up early Friday morning at 4:15 am (Nov 19) to see some blood in my underpants. “Could it be?” I thought. It’s time! But my contractions were definitely not coming in regular intervals. Still, better to be sure so Danny and I rushed to the hospital at 5am. I went straight to the OB-Prep…

Day Dreams
Here are my thoughts on “Day Dreams” by Mike Groenewald, the latest podcast from http://www.everynationpodcasts.com
God is extravagant! He gives us big dreams.
Most often than not a dream is from Him if it involves other people. Not selfish.
God’s purpose for the dream he had for Joseph was in order to rescue his brothers and their families from the famine. Think Judah,...
